"Laostar Ltd. was formed with a vision to develop Companies into Industry leaders. During this time, I was able to bring in a resourceful group of people who believed that we can grow this Company from an small idea, to a worldwide presence. I owe our success entirely to the kind support and guidance of all the parties concerned, especially our patrons. As we continue to grow and develop our business ideas and investments, we consider the present time as critical for us to continue our rapid growth and in order for coexistence and co-prosperity in the industries and markets we decided to enter in. We strengthened our operation by developing unconventional yet efficient systems, for us to remain unique and competitive. These systems allow us more time to steadily open more companies, without sacrificing attention and resources from our current companies. Their is a long term plan for this company, so we will not make any shortsighted moves that will jeopardize our growth, and the trust we built from people.

Making the best use of the experience and know-how we have built up since the establishment of the company, we can turn a group of nobodies into a powerful global company. We have come along way from the time Laostar Ltd. was an idea on a piece of paper. Their will be many people who will join us as we continue to rise to the top, but we will not forget our humble roots. With outmost dedication, hard work, and a clear long term vision, we will strive every day to achieve our goal of being “a company with the value of existence” which all the members of our company believe in their hearts."

What We Do.

Laostar Ltd. invests in companies that possess strong business fundamentals with identifiable opportunities to enhance value and secure growth while aligning management incentives with shareholder interests and implementing the appropriate capital structures.

We mainly identify market demands in certain industries and locations and will prioritize in developing Companies to meet consumer demand. While we grow, we will also target high, sustainable margin businesses where we can identify ways to reduce the company’s total operating cost, increase revenue, reduce working capital and divest non-core assets which together will result in enhanced corporate value. Laostar Ltd. invests in companies that are established, have considerable market share, exhibit consistent cash flow and can enhance value through operational improvement and financial leveraging.

Where We Go.

Our disciplined strategy epitomizes value-investing by applying our extensive knowledge and acute business acumen to a systematic and methodical approach.

Our belief is that we can take our unique approach and not only apply it to Canada where we were founded, but also gain market share and influence within the United States, Asia, and eventually Globally. We are planning to meet East and West first. Starting with bridging Asia to North America, and vice versa. And then expand to key locations after.
